My office is located at 492 W. Second St. Suite 203 in a multi-business building. I have worked in the mental health field since 1986 at community mental health centers, Miami Valley Hospital, and private practice since 1999. I can accept Anthem Blue Cross, United HealthCare, CareSource, Tricare, Medical Mutual and many other insurances. Payment plans can be arranged.
