Counseling
I provide counseling for depression, anxiety, relational issues, stress, substance abuse, as well as many other problems. I have been counseling since 1986 in a variety of settings including a Community Crisis Center, hospital ER (MVH), residential treatment facility, and an outpatient counseling clinic. Mostly using cognitive behavioral therapy but also trying to be as practical as possible, we will start where you are at. I continue to provide therapy at Agape Counseling Center in Centerville as well as building my private practice in Xenia. Most insurance companies have contracted with me as an in-network provider and I can currently accept Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Tricare, and Medical Mutual at my Xenia office.
